Care & Maintenance Instructions

To maximize your cutting board's lifespan, consider maintaining it monthly or as needed. The following directions will walk you through the process:

  1. Clear the cutting board of any food debris, dirt, oil or grease.
  2. Apply food grade mineral oil to the entire surface and allow it to set overnight. This will enable the mineral oil to penetrate through the wood. Wipe off any excess mineral oil the following day.
  3. For additional protection, consider applying food grade beeswax to seal the surface. Let it sit overnight and wipe any excess off in the morning.
